【The main job content include 3 parts】
Support C-EA1 employee on CAD tasks
- Familiar with the EA888 engine parts design
- Technical drawing creation & modification
- Technical drawing achieving
- BoM (Bill of Material) creation and maintenance
- DMU (Digital MockUp) analysis


Documentations
- Documentation of necessary documents
- Support C-EA1 employee on project document preparation
- Organize meeting and record meeting minutes
- Gather and prepare Release documentation
- Regularly reporting to technical coordinator design


Tracking status of Parts Status
- Accumulation and processing of open-points lists ( OPL )
- Data accumulation of failure information and analyses
- Maintain part list and communicate with VW JVs
- Tracking part deliver status and engine building issues.


【Profile Requirement】
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Major Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Automotive Engineering or equivalent
- Good technical knowledge of engines & vehicles
- Good knowledge of part manufacturing and assembling processes
- With a minimum of 2 years working experiences with required knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of BOM systems (e.g. Windchill, ECA, SAP)
- Excellent knowledge of CAD/CAX systems (e.g. PTC Creo 7.0)
- Work experience in the organization and coordination, as well as in vehicle/component
management preferred
- Basic knowledge in engines, vehicles and product development process (PEP)
- Language skills in Chinese, English (business fluent) are a must, German language skills is
preferred.
