Responsibilities: ? Managing team within Accounts Payable focused on the complete, accurate and timely completion of accounting transactions ? Responsible for the performance and development of the team from setting objectives through mid-year and annual review ? Motivate, develop and coach team members to achieve best results. ? Acting as point of contact for all process/people related escalations. ? Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures developing and maintaining systems, procedures and policies ? Drive process improvement activates, conduct root cause analyses to eliminate process waste and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Account Payable operations. ? Create and maintain Desktop Procedures and other process related documentation. ? Regular report on service delivery and handling escalations
Requirements: ? A proven experience of 5+ years in similar role in other organization. ? Deep knowledge and understanding of end to end Procure to Pay processes. ? Comfortable with ambiguity, action oriented and able to balance varied priorities. ? Strong analytical, communication, team handling and delegation skills ? Business partnering experience with a different level of stakeholders. ? Transition experience including writing and updating procedures, process maps. ? Commitment to service excellence, process improvements and automation ? Excellent analytical skills and attention to details ? Fluent in English and Mandarin ? Comfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams. ? Have a ‘Can-do’ attitude, highly self-motivated and deadline driven. ? Have the ability to motivate and encourage a productive working environment. ? Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities. ? Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills and SAP experience as a must
