Responsibilities： - Manage overall warehouse daily operation. While ensuring material supply Minimize raw material and finish goods inventory stock. - 管理仓库部门日常工作的运营，在确保物料供给同时，减少原材料和库存的浪费 - Establish and promote the implementation of reasonable and efficient departmental KPI and departmental personnel KPI. -建立并推进实施合理高效的部门绩效指标及部门人员岗位绩效指标。 - Build up logistic policy and working process, minimize warehouse operation cost by process optimization, speed up material flow, increase efficiency and quality. -建立物流管理制度和工作流程，优化操作流程，降低成本，提高部门运作效率和质量； - Responsible for goods receiving, withdrawing and recording ensure on time delivery with good planning. - 负责收货发货管理工作，确保厂内外货物准时交付 - Inventory checking and maintain the warehouse data system timely and accurately - 库存管理及数据库维护 - Organize 5S, maintenance of warehouse facilities to keep them in good conditions. - 组织管理现场5S，维护物流设施 -other tasks assigned by line manager -其他由上级分配的工作
Qualification: Above bachelor degree - 统招本科以上学历 - Minimum 5 year Logistic work leader experience ， which have lead at least 5 people worker team. - 至少五年物流部门管理经验，带领过至少5人的工人团队 - Familiar with lean production management and if have experience in intelligent &digital warehouse operation will be a plus -熟悉精益生产管理，如有丰富的智能化数字化仓库运行经验优先 - Highly responsible, business and customer service minded - 高度的责任感和客户服务意识 - Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills - 良好的协调和沟通能力 - Good command of both written and spoken English or Germany - 熟练的英文或德语听说读写能力 - Good command of PC skills, SAP experience is preferred - 熟练的电脑操作技能，SAP经验优先 - Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving skills 优秀的人际交往及问题解决能力 - Initiative and self-responsibility, commitment 主动以及自我担当及付出意识 - Good learning ability and able to work independently, persistent 良好的学习能力，能独立工作，有韧性
