Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: This position is responsible for the execution of administration tasks for the service lines noted below on a timely and accurate manner: 61 Time management 61 Compensation administration 61 Supplemental benefits administration 61 Payroll administration 61 Employee inquiries 61 Other country specific processes administration Key Responsibilities: 61 Ensure the completion of all administrative tasks of the defined services on an accurate and timely manner; 61 Ensure the process is implemented by following the standards completely; 61 Implement operation control steps compliance with legal requirements and internal policies; 61 Escalate the process issues, risks and updates to team leader on a timely manner; 61 Assist line management and employees by providing advice on relevant payroll policies and by providing access to payroll information as required; 61 Continuously improve the processes by assisting in reviews administrative systems and procedures. Key Relationships: 61 HR Solution organization 61 HR Business Partners & HR Rewards Satellites 61 Global HR community 61 External consultants - Payroll & Benefits Services Vendors Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 61 Minimum of 1 year of payroll or C&B work experience in a similar function for a multi-national company 61 Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience 61 Basic knowledge of the China business needs, company rules, law and HR regulations 61 Good command of both spoken and written English 61 Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel 61 Experience with business computing solutions, ideally also with SAP-HR 61 Good service mindset, people focus and self-motivated 61 Strong mindset in process improvement and continuous efficiency 61 Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills 61 Attention to details with good numerical & analytical skills
