Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Accept customer complaint and other quality information. 2. Organize and lead a 8D team to correct any quality problem from customer side till it is closed. 3. Submit relevant analysis documents to customer timely. 4. Keep good communication with customer, visit customer if necessary. 5. Handle the compensation of quality claim with customer.02 6. Get the figure of customer satisfaction from customers and organize on time failure analysis and summary analysis report regularly.02 7. Coordinate customer onsite visit arrangement due to quality complain; coordinate customer audit due to quality issue; coordinate customer annual process audit 8. Organize customer onsite service(such as sorting, rework, goods change etc.)02on time, and02returned product handling. 9. Submit PPAP & CR to customer and coordinate PSW sign back on time. 10. Other relevant tasks from internal or external customers.02
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Major in engineering; 3. Mechanics or quality management. 4. Manufacturing and quality experience in the area of Mechanical Engineering; 5.
