1. Maintain existing and acquire new profitable business for DL TCG 2. Manage RFQs and lead quotation activities 3. Commercial negotiation with OEMs. Price and contracts management 4. Set up market strategy for the defined customers 5. Update the sales forecast & pipeline regularly 6. Collect and investigate relevant competitor activity/information 7. Address customer needs within internal organization to achieve the highest customer satisfactory relationship 8. Support other issues at customer side, such as engineering, quality, logistics etc. 9. Cooperate with R&D department for technical review and provide the customer requested technical
Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical/electrical production/industrial engineering 2. Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills, ability to create professional business executive summaries, memos etc 3. Experience as a project leader in technical environment 4. Excellent organization and communication skills 5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 6. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate high level analysis into work 7. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Outlook 8. With automotive technical background preferred 9. Understand/experience with ISO/TS16949 and APQP, PPAP, FMEA and ERP system is a plus 10. Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in automotive field, familiar with automotive engine parts
