职位概要： Job Summary Odoo Software Developer is responsible for maintaining Odoo web applications, developing code according to users’ requirements, providing support to Odoo migration and integration. 主要职责：（基本功能）Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions) ● Odoo ERP系统二次开发和维护 Odoo System development, enhancement and support ○ 用Python语言对Odoo后端模块进行二次开发 Development of Odoo backend modules using Python ○ 接口开发，实现Odoo和第三方系统的集成 Interface development, integrate Odoo with other third-party system ○ 参与需求讨论，提供方案设计，并保证代码质量 Participate in requirement discussions, provide solution design and ensure the code quality ○ 负责日常技术支持及后期迭代优化 Provide technical support and post iteration optimization ● 其他任务 Other Duties ○ 执行上级分配的与软件相关的任务和特殊项目 Implement special projects and duties relating to software as directed by managers ○ 作为公司内部职员，对管理层提出工作相关的意见建议 As an employee of the company, provide suggestions and opinions to the management team ○ 酌情参予相关活动（资源现场，客户培训等） Participate in related events, as appropriate (resource on-site, client training, etc.) 工作要求 Job Requirements ● 专业技能 Professional Skills ○ 3年以上Python/Odoo开发经验，精通Odoo框架，了解Odoo使用的基本Python库 More than 3 years’ experience in Python/Odoo development, proficient in Odoo framework, familiar with basic Python libraries used in Odoo ○ 熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练掌握shell脚本语言，熟悉使用git等代码管理工具 Familiar with Linux, shell, and proficient in using code management tools such as Git ○ 熟悉PostgreSQL数据库，能熟练编写SQL语句 Familiar with the database PostgreSQL, proficient in writing SQL commands ○ 熟悉ERP系统，有会计系统，生产制造，供应链等开发经验 Familiar with ERP system, with development experience in accounting system, production manufacturing, or SCM ○ 具备Odoo框架知识（模块，数据层，逻辑层，表达层） Knowledge of Odoo Architecture (Modules, Data Layers, Logic Layers, Presentation Layers) ○ 能按照规范文档定制解决方案 Ability to translate spec documents into customized solutions ○ 很强的分析，计算和推理能力 Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities ○ 独立完成工作和团队和作能力 Ability to work both individually and as part of a team ● 其他技能 Other Skills ○ 必须具备较强的解决问题的能力，能独立工作，解决问题 Must have strong troubleshooting skills, able to work independently to solve problems ○ 能及时通过邮件，电话，或其他电子通讯方式回答相关问题 Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications ○ 自我激励，细节为导向并且有条理的 Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized ○ 良好地沟通（口头和书面），人际交往，组织和表达能力 Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills ○ 良好地英语沟通能力优先 Excellent English communication skill is a plus ○ 能使用MS office, Windows 系统 Ability to use MS office, Windows系统 教育背景 Educational Background ○ 学士或本科毕业或同等工作经验 Bachelor degree or job experience providing similar skills ○ 软件工程，计算机，管理信息系统相关专业 Software Engineering, Computer Science, MIS related majors 经验 Experience ○ 有Odoo背景经验优先 Experience in Odoo background is a plus ○ 有HTML5, JavaScript, CSS经验者优先 Experience in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS is a plus ○ 参与过企业ERP系统信息化建设者优先 Experience in implementing enterprise ERP systems is preferred. ○ 3年以上工作经验 At least 3 years working experience 工作关系Working Relations ○ 维持跨部门的关系，以解决客户的问题 Maintain good relations between departments to resolve client problems ○ 有效沟通与内部和外部客户的关系 Effectively communicate with both internal and external clients ○ 发展和沟通与主管的工作关系 Develop communication and working relationship with Supervisor
