Role Summary Responsibilities include, but not limited to, being a *** contact for customer contracts, including planning, communicating, coordinating and controlling the orders from the order receiving to the final acceptance of goods by customer in order to achieve total customer satisfaction. Responsibilities 61 To lead and manage the orders from order receiving to the final acceptance of goods by customers. 61 To coordinate all internal and external project issues in both technical and commercial aspects, such as order entry, order acknowledgement to customer, PR release, project schedule setting, material receiving and issuing, notification of inspection, assembly, packing, shipment and invoicing. 61 To communicate with customer on project schedule, status of project, order change, technical deviation and quality defect at the *** time. 61 To work closely with finance to monitor payment collection and reduce risk of shipment and payment. 61 To monitor and make sure that quality documents meet customer's requirement in terms of on-time submittal and good quality. 61 To regularly review status of all projects to ensure on-time delivery, cost control and good quality.
Requirements
61 Bachelor with major in Mechanical Engineering or Management. 61 Be good at communication and coordination. 61 Good time management and planning skill. 61 Proficient in assessing, analyzing and evaluating issues and making timely decisions at multiple levels within the operation. 61 Understands the value of effective 2 way communication. Demonstrated proficiency in listening skills and in effective communication at all levels of the project. Capable of leading meetings/discussions with customer as well as internal functions across all aspects of project. 61 Proficient in viewing systems, tools and processes holistically in the analysis of project issues and development of solutions. 61 At least 5 year working experience and at least 2 year working experience in Project Management. 61 Excellent Microsoft Office software skill, especially in Excel, Access and Project. 61 Knowledge of Centrifigual / Vacuum pump is preferred. 61 Excellent written and spoken English skill.
