Education and Experience: o A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, logistics, or a related discipline. o 3 - 5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or supply chain management. 2.Technical Skills: o Proficiency in using planning and scheduling software and tools. This could include ERP systems (like SAP S/4HANA, which the "S4" might refer to), MRP systems, or other specialized planning software. E.g Servigistics o Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting. 3. Knowledge and Expertise: o Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and procurement. o Knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, and materials management. 4.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: o Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on insights. o Strong problem-solving skills to address issues related to supply chain disruptions, inventory discrepancies, or production delays. 5. Adaptability and Flexibility: o Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. o Working hours is from 9am (UTC+08;00) and willing to participate in global meetings/discussions at non-APJ hours o Fluent in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Read)
