1. JP team new hire training: responsible for the business training of new colleagues, tracking the performance of new colleagues. 2. New business / knowledge training: responsible for the training of new business and new processes to ensure the launch of the business on time. 3. Improve the performance of JP team CSA: organize soft skills training, business re-fresh training, design and complete monthly business tests. 4. Improve training performance: responsible for training evaluation, opinions collection and take appropriate measures to continuously improve training effectiveness. 5. New hire ramp up following and case handling: follow up new hire ramp up to meet the goal, find opportunity to improve training result delivery through real case handling and new hire following. 6. Other responsibilities: -Design training courses according to training needs. -Collect and analyze training needs. -Follow up the progress of KNET training to ensure that the relevant training is completed on schedule. -Typical cases study and share the cases with JP OPS team regularly.
Qualifications 1. Language requirements: Japanese N1 + fluent Japanese and English oral expression ability 2. Three years + training relevant work experience 3. Excellent language skills, good presentation skills 4. Excellent logical thinking and writing skills 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel 6. Flexible and open-minded, intelligent, with a wide range of interests and knowledge reserves.
