1. 日常刀具发票管理，包括发票收集，发票查验，发票退回；付款申请的打印以及分发 Daily invoice management, involving invoice collection, invoice validity checks, invoice return, payment application print out and distribution
2. 在APON系统中提交付款申请 Daily payment application submission in APON system
3. 回复供应商或者公司内部相关部门关于刀具付款的查询 Respond payment inquiry in time internally and externally
4. 协调相关人员解决付款中出现的合同等方面的问题，在SAP中调查相关订单 Investigate PO information in SAP if required, coordinate the solution of contractual issues with involved parties
5. 按照合同规定的账期，金额，付款方式准备付款；根据财务相关规定检查流程中的付款申请Comply with the payment term, payment amount, payment method stated on the contract etc. and related internal regulation required to both the invoice and payment, check whether it is sufficient support of the payment application process.
6. 组织刀具存货盘点，存货监盘，收集盘点数据并准备存货盘点报告，协同BU做存货差异分析 Work with BU department to organize tooling stock-taking, monitor the stock-taking process, collect the stock-taking sheets to prepare stock-taking report, do stock deviation analysis with BU
7. 根据BU刀具不到寿命数据，向供应商发起索赔，指导供应商开具红字发票，并准备SAP记账的相关单据 Basing on “Tooling doesn’t reach useful life” list to make claims to supplier, guide suppliers to issue credit invoices and prepare relevant documents to make booking in SAP
8. 财务文件归档 Archiving financial document
9. 行政类事务(包括但不限于订机票,办公用品,考勤,临时的信息收集和转发….)
Office affairs(including but not limit: flight ticket booking, time attendance, information distribution and collection.. etc)
10. 某些临时工作的协调人(如:设备报修联系人,多元化部门联系人等..) Coordinator for temporary tasks(Equipment failures repair contactor, Diversity contactor... etc)
任职资格 Qualification ：
1. 本科学历优先 Bachelor degree is preferred
2. 1年财务相关工作经验优先 1 year of finance related work experience is preferred
3. 英语熟练优先 Having good command of English is preferred
4.持有相关会计证书优先 Holding Certificate of Qualified Accounting is preferred
5. 熟练使用office办公软件 ，熟悉SAP财务模块优先 Be skilled in office software and SAP FICO modules is preferred
