Principle Job Duties Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and communication strategies 61 Coordinate key talent management projects such as employee engagement surveys, succession planning, performance management, employee assessments, etc. 61 Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that talent projects are completed on time and within budget 61 Develop and document talent management processes and lessons learned to ensure efficiency and effectiveness 61 Facilitate team communication and collaboration by attending & setting up team meetings
Requirement 61 2-3 years of relevant project management experience 61 Strong verbal and written English communication skills 61 Ability to develop and maintain project plans with minimal supervision 61 Ability to resolve project-related problems and prioritize workload for self 61 Ability and motivation to learn quickly 61 Ability to work across global team 61 Computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point) 61 Must be flexible to accept changes in work assignments, as business needs require
