RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead the assigned PTP related projects with focus on establishing / improving current process - Provide support and guidance outside of Finance organization for PTP related matters (plants, purchasing) - Support Global process owner to govern PTP process at global and regional level - Identify the differences in the PTP proceeding per region / per Marelli entity - Synchronize regionally the process is in alignment with policies and GPO direction - Leverage regional specifics accross regions to ensure continuous improvement - Act as advisory for PTP related matters / questions as GPO deputy - Support regional PTP departments with establishing process which is fully compliant (per alignment with GPO)
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3-5 years of finance/accounting experience including strong process and systems experience. - Minimum 2 years' experience as a corporate shared services lead position, preferably in the automotive industry (Process management skills) - Minimum 2 years of Project experience supporting the Finance function, or experience in Finance change/transformation initiatives (Project management skills) - Proficient English and Japanese in speaking and writing. Must have an analytical skills and problem-solving background - Good ability to communicate and motivate at different levels within the organization - Effective finance and business case development capabilities - Innovative and able to think both analytically and conceptually - Support regional towers during audit reviews in process related matters as necessary - Cooperate with PTP team on audit finding remediation actions
