Execute data entry with high accuracy on time

Create conso & shipment data, AP/AR etc within CargoWise timely with high accuracy
在CargoWise中及时且高准确率地创建拼箱和运输数据，应收/应付账款等
Proactively identify and address potential issues such as delays and mitigate the same

Monitor timelines, plan and follow-up on tasks on time

Proactively respond to inquiries with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention

Ensure all events of orders such as booking details are updated promptly.
确保订单的所有事件，如预订详情，及时更新。
Maintain up-to-date operation with principal/port systems and any other related shipping systems.

Prepare shipping documents such as booking note, confirmation, reports, schedules, invoices, BL and Notice of Arrival

Develop and maintain a professional and ethical working relation with colleagues.

Requirements and capabilities:
Minimum 1 year in freight forwarding experience or chemical logistics.Chemical vertical customers is a plus.

Command of written and spoken English
