Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.
Responsibility: Responsible for the resolution of internal customer queries regarding benefits and other internal programs. Gathers and clarifies feedback and other information from internal customers through various methods, research relevant guidelines, and respond to inquiresinquiries promptly. In dealing with more complex queries, may be involved with other customers within or across different functions. Provides coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company or benefits policies. Responsible for updating new hire data, move data, leave data and term data in HR systems. Also responsible for updating employee data and personal profile maintenance. Duties may include filing and file transfer, passport/Visa application assistance, administrative support and survey assistance.
This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. Qualifications: 1. You should possess a minimum of diploma above degree in HR, Business Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field with 2 years + relevant working experience2. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit; able to listen and articulate logically and clearly.3. Good internal customer service mind with good English ability, mandarin as a must.4. Able to deliver the planned task based on documented business process and meet time and quality requirement both independently and in a team environment.5. Fast learning ability to understand new HR system or business processes
