We currently seeking an Payroll Operation SME to join us, reporting directly to PBS Manager-BUEA. This is a unique opportunity to join a Leading FMCG Company but also experience the entrepreneurship spirit. The primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to) assisting LM to guarantee business continuity and SLA achievement.
· Manage Regular Monthly Payroll · Manage Individual Income Tax & Tax declaration · Manage Bonus & Incentive Payment · Blue collar incentive calculation · Manage Expat Payroll · Annual Merit Increase Adjustment · Month/Yearly-end closing · Payroll Cash Flow Forecast · MICS & Audit Reports · HRIS Update (Workday, SAP, People Portal) · Social Security Base Calculation · Social Security Accrual · Resolve any issues related to payroll
Qualifications
Education · Bachelor’s degree or above required · Human resource management, business administration or related disciplines preferred
Experience/Technical competencies
· Native Korean and intermediate English · Min. 2 years relevant experience required, preferably Korean payroll · Workday, SAP or ERP experience · Proactive and outgoing · Keen on the service level · Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset · Able to thrive in a high stress environment · Passionate, Enthusiastic, Influencing · Willing to accept holiday gaps between Korea and China
