Job Summary:


As part of Budweiser Capability Center growth strategy, we are fully committed to drive business grow through guaranteed NSO in BU Korea. We currently seeking a NSO SME to join us, reporting directly to NSO Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a Leading FMCG Company but also experience the entrepreneurship spirit. The primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to) assisting LM to successfully complete migration of transportation project and design NSO procedures and improving productivity through BCC process optimization, automatic tool, and other system method


61 Manage Wholesaler Information for Sales Activity
61 Manage Customer Master
61 Manage Vendor Master
61 Reconcile Expense Claimed via DAG system and Manage Budget
61 Create Journal Entry for OBC Vehicle Transport Fee
61 Create Journal Entry for Distribution Center Operation Expenses
61 Perform Registration of Liquor Vehicle Permission
61 Perform Registration of W/S Vehicle into Internal system
61 Draft equipment order creation and change via SAP
61 Generate AR Balance Confirmation Letter
61 Project support under team leader’s requirement
61 Communicating with all related parties to solve task related issues to proceed
61 Other tasks assigned by team leader


Qualifications
Education
61 Bachelor’s degree or above required
61 Logistics, business administration or related disciplines preferred
Experience/Technical competencies
61 Native Korean and intermediate English
61 1~3 years customer service/ order management/ logistics/ forwarding/sales experience required
61 Must accept flexible holidays resulted from holiday difference between CN and KR
61 ERP or SAP experience
61 Proactive and outgoing
61 Keen on the service level
61 Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset
61 Able to thrive in a high stress environment
61 Passionate, Enthusiastic, Influencing
