Mechanical Design Engineer Mission: Contribute to R&D projects with focus on mechanical design for new product development and Maitenenace on existing products e.g.Electromagenetic Flowmeter as well as process troubleshooting and enhancement Responsibilities 82 Provides mechanical engineering support for new product development and product maintenance, such as enhancement and cost reduction from design perspective; 82 Ensure the feasibility and high quality of own results, related to the design, specifications and documentation, with technical guidance from senior engineers; 82 Pre-survey key components, e.g., functionality, certifications, specifications, etc., and perform necessary tests/simulations ..... 82 Clear requirements definition besides drawings, and even implement the design change. 82 Evaluate the test result 82 Praprare the qualification plan with the manufactory unit, performance the technical clarification with supplier during the qualification 82 Collaborate with cross function teams (like production, procurement, quality…etc.) to drive the implementation of the new designs 82 Watch the state-of-the-art and identify trends in the related specific competence area, including structural components, materials, tools/methods, standards, dynamics, thermodynamics; 82 Comply with Siemens business guideline and related regulations. Certification knowledge on liner Magnetic field knowledge on magnetic components Mechanical material knowledge like material strength, tolerance, molding , manufacture process….
