This role required hands on experience of Japan & Korea end to end payroll processing like hire to terminate, month end and year end activities, termination calculation, monthly payroll input and out validation, good analytical skill to understand the system calculation logics. Good knowledge of statutory compliance and requirements, Form16 , Quarterly return filling. This role be required to work with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll Vendor, Business HR and must have good verbal and written communication skill. This role is required to lead new project transition, overall process and team management experience is a Must. Knowledge in SAP, Workday system and relevant experience in union employee salary calculation will be the added advantage. Fluent Japanese and Korean communication skills, basic English email reading/writing, for those who has rich experience in team management, can limit to one language. Key Duties and Responsibilities -Process monthly payroll, reconcile and submit all payroll reports after each pay run -Ensure compliance with legislation and requirements, -Manage staff queries in a timely and efficient manner and resolved within agreed service level timeframes. -Ensure all payroll documents are accurately processed and in timely manner by pay cycle. 62 -Diligent management and tracking of payroll open tasks on daily basis. -Good knowledge in MS office and especially Excel. -Communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
