The Financial Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

财务主管工作包含，但不限于以下职责：

1. Coordinate the periodic closing process to provide timely and accurate information for local and group management teams.

协调期间结账流程，为本地和集团管理层提供准确及时的财务信息。

2. Taxation and statics coordination and preparation with external agent and consultancy.

负责与外部代理、咨询顾问沟通，协调准备相关税务和统计申报等方面的工作。

3. Manage the chart of accounts、monthly balance sheet reconciliation to ensure reporting in high quality.

管理会计科目表，月度资产负债表调节，总账明细账核对，以确保财务报表的准确性和完整性。

4. Prepare the monthly cash flow forecast, oversee JV cash flow situation and financing needs, support credit review and update with financial institutions to support the development of JV.

编制月度现金流报告，监控合资公司现金流状况和融资需求，与金融机构协调授信审核，以支持合资公司的业务发展。

5. Participate and support the budgeting and forecast process of the JV.

参与并支持合资公司年度预算和季度预测流程。

6. Support internal control in place and JV business operations effectively in accordance to the company process and statutory requirements. Full support to external and internal audits.

确保内控健全，合资公司经营符合公司内部流程和外部法定要求。全力支持内部和外部审计工作。

7. Responsible for the R&D accounting process, support the local government project application from a finance point of view.

负责研发费用核算流程，为公司各种外部项目的申请提供财务支持和保障。

8. Participate in the digitalization of accounting system, FICO organization update and other improvement areas of the JV.

参与并支持公司会计系统数字化、财务组织机构革新及其他相关领域的提升和改进工作。

9. Ad hoc projects assigned.

Education & Industry experience:

学历以及行业工作经验要求：

‐ Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or related major

财务会计和其他相关专业本科学历

Position Experience:

职位工作经验要求：

‐ About 5 years of working experience with full finance& accounting position experience and worked for MNC is preferred

5年左右全财务领域工作经验，有跨国公司相关工作经验者优先

‐ Familiar with FICO of SAP

熟悉SAP系统FICO模块

‐ Familiar with IFRS and CAS

熟悉国际财务报告准则中国会计准则

‐ Intermediate Accountant certificate

持有中级会计师会计师资质



‐ CPA/DMA /CMA/CIMA preferred

注册会计师/数字化管理会计师/美国注册管理会计师/国际会计师资质优先
