1.Collaborate with sales team and finance team/ back office to maximise cash flow. 2.Identify all reasons of overdue ARs, collect action plans from sales team and keep following up results to improve DSO and bad debt expense. 3.Provide practical suggestion to sales team with NCH sales and AR management policies. 4.Work with internal & external departments to resolve customer payment issues and queries. 5.Apply for legal action at a suitable time to collect overdue ARs effectively and quickly. 6.Daily/weekly/monthly review meeting with AR supervisor. 7.Timely write-off application and follow up. 8.Ensure good quality and in-depths analysis to support management decision making. 9.Acting as the *** point of contact for AR issues and queries. 10.Engage with all relevant departments to address and resolve the issues.
Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field is preferred. 2.3+ years of experiences in Accounts Receivable or credit control areas in an operational environment. 3.Fluent in verbal and written English communication. 4.Proficient in using MS Excel, PPT and Word. 5.Looking for candidates with the following qualities: Strong communication skills, Analytical, meticulous and sensitive to numbers; Proactive; Independent.
