Position Main Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with product design engineers and communicate with customers to clarify mechanical design details of the product.
-Independently complete product structural design and produce 3D and 2D drawings.
-Analyse materials and assist the project team in creating the Bill of Materials (BOM) for prototypes.
-Arrange prototype production and inspect whether the dimensions of the prototypes meet technical requirements.
-Cooperate with headquarters to conduct finite element analysis (FEA) of the products.
-Maintain close communication with the headquarters R&D center to resolve issues during the development process.

Position required:

-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or Mechatronics engineering, or related fields.
-3-5 years experience of mechanical design work. Project experience at automotive electronic parts or NEV parts is preferred.
-Skilled use with 3D software: PTC-Creo, UG, CATIA.
-Skilled use 2D drawing AutoCAD.
-Knowledge on plastic, metal, rubber material.
-Experience on FEA, e.g Ansys.
