2.Be responsible for the channel process quality control and implement ISO9001/TS16949 etc.
3.Be responsible for the channel group financial result, including BOI, TVA, etc.
4.Be responsible for the channel performance, including delivery and cost
5.Manage the channel group resources to fulfill channel production plan
6.Seek bottleneck solutions to maintain smooth flow of production
7.Maintain zero defects productions through continuous improvement techniques to processes involving customers and suppliers.
8.Be responsible of channel group staff training activities and result.
9.Manage all the Safety, Environment and Health things of the channel group
10.Fully implement BE in the Channel group.
11.Be responsible for the new product release during the manufacturing phase.
12.Be responsible to maintain the targeted of zero customer broken promise
13.Be responsible to work closely with channel planner for the production planning and sequence of the corresponding channel
14.SLR reduction and continues improvement.
