Work closely with R&D, Technical Services, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business goals. 7. Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs. 8. Participate in strategy discussions to shape business direction. 9. Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
What Are We Looking For? 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field. 2. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in industrial sales, with at least 3 years in business and team leadership roles managing a team of 5 or more. 3. Language Skills: Fluent in both Mandarin and English. 4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. Behavioral Competencies: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, planning and organizing, people management, and a passion for driving change and innovation.
