● Partner with respective factory counterparts to define, develop, and implement critical technical training, new technology, and process parameters to enable technical resource readiness for a successful start-up and ramp of the factory. ● Develop new courses and/or conducts formal professional technical trainings for engineers and technicians in company and vendor engineers, using creative and cutting-edge ways to support the organization's learning and growth. ● Determine workshop or course content and student learning objectives, prepare course syllabi, lesson plans, and student manuals. ● Evaluate training materials and procedures and makes or recommends revisions to keep courses up to date. ● Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of technical training activities. ● Respond to customer/clients requests on training requirements for relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
● Candidate should possess Bachelor or Master Degree in related field/major. ● 3 years and above experience in training development and execution as well as other learning practice. ● Passionate about teaching and strong willing to support the organization capability build up from training perspective. ● Strong accountability and customer orientations is required. ● Be able to demonstrate ability to assess module training needs and manage complicated programs. ● Strong stakeholder management skill and excellent communication skills with good English proficiency. ● Strong team spirit with as well as leadership skills to manage training programs. ● Korean language fluency is a plus.
