We currently seeking a Japan and New Zealand Finance Manager to join us, reporting directly to BCC DL head. The primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to) leading migration projects to broaden and deepen business capabilities and achieving EP requirements to guarantee high level of service level
1.Lead Japan and New Zealand finance with E2E finance scope, incl. incl. Japan and New Zealand AP, Japan and New Zealand Treasury(DCF), Japan and New Zealand FP&A(ZBB, P&L, CAPEX, Cashflow), Japan and New Zealand ATR, JP AR, JP Treasury(payment), and JP MD 2.Lead and land global and APAC projects. 3.Lead continuous process standardization and optimization 4.Assist LM to successfully complete migration/centralization projects 5.Dive business to achieve continuous operational excellence 6. Assist LM to improve productivity through RPA and other system methods 7.Follow up KPI report and do analysis to guarantee business quality 8.Record customers' requirement and communicate with multifunctional team to solve problem to improve Service level 9.Team management
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or above required. University degree in a related discipline (e.g., accounting, finance or business) and experience.
Experience/Technical competencies 1.Fluent Japanese and English 2.Min. 5 years finance experience required 3.Min. 3 years team lead experience (at least for 5 team members) 4.ERP or SAP, Cognos, IT2 system experience 5.Accept holiday difference between countries 6.Strong project management skills 7.Excellent communication skills; a keen communicator 8.Excellent strategic, presentation, and analytical skills (very comfortable with numbers and statistics) 9.Strategic agility and transformational mindset 10.Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset 11.Able to thrive in a high stress environment 12.Passionate, Enthusiastic Influencing
