Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer Procurement to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect materials, including facility services, equipment for manufacturing, CAPEX, smaller investments, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of these resources, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect materials, including facility services, equipment for manufacturing, CAPEX, smaller investments, and MRO.
* Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance for these categories.
* Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers for indirect materials and services.
* Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
* Collaborate with engineering and plant operations teams to understand material and service requirements.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Direct market research to identify new suppliers and trends in indirect materials and plant services.
* Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
