-Sales order management including SO maintenance, SO confirmation and shipment tracking to customers. -Purchasing Orders’ Management including PO release, confirmed, and tracking. Proactively work with alarm/early warning system to detect and prevent delivery delay. -Follow-up delivery performance of suppliers. Monitoring and taking the required action on supplier’s lead time, secure delivery performance. Working closely with suppliers to provide them with relevant information, coaching, working methods in supply chain efficiency way. -Creation, maintenance and update procurement and sales parameters in ERP system. -Forecast management with internal customers and external suppliers. -Track report updating. -Coordinate and arrange goods delivery with logistic department and internal customers. -Receive invoices from suppliers and match requested documentation for payment application. -Participant in NCR, CDR and Change Management Process. Competency/任职资格
-Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, supply chain management, international trading or similar or equivalent knowledge from working experience. -At least 3 years working experience in similar positions. -Strong knowledge of supply chain, international trading and production planning process. -Technical understandings preferred. -Competent coordination and communication skills, high responsibilities awareness. -Conscientious, careful, reliable, self-motivated and team player. -Good PC skills on Microsoft Office software Word, Excel, Outlook, familiar with ERP system like Infor-LN, SAP etc. -Good command of Chinese and English in speaking and writing, at least CET4. -本科及以上学历,工商管理、供应链管理、国际贸易等相关专业或相关工作内容。 -至少3年类似职位工作经验。 -对供应链、国际贸易和生产计划有深入了解。 -优先考虑技术背景。 -良好的协调和沟通能力,高度责任意识。 -有责任心、细心、可靠、自我激励和团队合作精神。 -熟练使用办公软件如Word、Excel、Outlook,熟悉如Infor LN、SAP等ERP系统。 -良好的中英文听说读写能力,英文CET4及以上。
