Job Description:

DMTM PCS team mission is to minimize product deviation and reduce process
variation.

R2R(Run to Run) team is specifically support Fab process areas by providing
and maintaining accurate and reliable APC controllers. These controllers are
implemented on critical process steps with systematic variation that is
controllable and proves to have a return on investment for the Fab.
R2R Engineer gain knowledge of many semiconductor process areas in the Fab as
they assist with their advanced process control needs. As node sites continue
to shrink, the work R2R Engineer do directly affects the bottom line of the
entire company by providing automatic process control and enhanced process
capability. They meet regularly with process areas and product integration to
understand their tools, processes, and challenges and work with them to create
process control models and other methods for ensuring product quality.





Qualifications:

Must possess a MS or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Materials
Science, Physics, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Additional qualifications
include:



1. Demonstrated DMTM culture.

2. Advanced understanding of SPC, Process Control Charts, and statistical
methods.

3. Demonstrate effectiveness in verbal and written English communication.

4. Strong knowledge of DOE, Data Analysis, and analysis of variance (ANOVA)

5. Strong understanding of control theory, control loops, control systems,
feedback and feed forward control.

6. Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and experience with
analytical problem solving methodologies.

7. Demonstrated self-motivation and good work ethic.

8. Proven ability to understand technical subjects and instruct/present
effectively.
