Key Responsibilities: Manage the order intake process, including receiving and reviewing customer orders, and confirming order details with head office. Coordinate with the production team to ensure that orders are processed according to customer specifications and deadlines. Monitor order progress and provide regular updates, addressing any concerns or issues as they arise. Liaise with suppliers to ensure that materials are sourced and delivered on time and to specification. Coordinate shipping and delivery of orders, ensuring that they are catching the delivery as required. Maintain accurate records of order details, production schedules. Identify and address any potential delays or issues in the production process, working with the team to find solutions and minimize disruptions.
Qualifications: At least 5-10 years of experience in apparel manufacturing or a related industry. Strong knowledge of the apparel manufacturing process, including production, and quality control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good at Excel and Outlook.
