Responsibilities: 1. Lead problem solving for customer complaints / field claims, coordinate Field Warranty analysis and systematically follow up corrective / preventive actions. 2. Execute regular product audit and process audit/confirmation to drive value steam complying with guideline / standard /procedures. 3. Act as expert of quality methods / tools (like, FMEA, 8D/PSS, SPC, etc.), driving team to use suitable quality method/tools for systematical problem solving and failure prevention. 4. Define and implement suitable test plan to validate/verify relevant products / processes / components change & improvement. 5. Coordinate risk assessment for external claims and internal failures for management decision and targeted problem solving. 6. Collaborate and contribute value stream SCIP, Point-CIP and daily routine operation tasks/projects 7. Support additional launch projects in responsible products area.
Requirements: 1. Graduate from university (bachelor or above), major in science/engineering (electronic, optics are preferred). 2. ≥ 5 years working experience on quality management. 3. Good spoken and written English. 4. Good at communication and coordination. 5. Proactive, good teamwork spirit.
