I. Team Leader- Minimum Qualification and Experience: (工作地点:江苏 Location: Jiang Su)
i. CSWIP Senior Welding Inspector or AWS Senior Certified Welding Inspector or equivalent. ii. The Team Leader must have held this qualification for at least 5 years and must show that he has been actively involved in supervision of welding inspection teams in fabrication workshops during that time. iii. Be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
II. Welding Inspectors 工作地点:江苏&广东 Location: Jiang Su & Guang Dong Minimum Qualification and Experience:
i. CSWIP Welding Inspector or AWS Certified Welding Inspector or equivalent; ii. Each inspector must have held this qualification for at least 5 years and show that he has been actively involved in welding inspection, particularly in fabrication workshops for most of that time; iii. Proof of having supervised or witnessed and approved or endorsed weld procedure tests and welder qualification tests; iv. Be experienced in AESS weld finishing; v. Be fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
III. Coating Inspectors 工作地点:江苏&广东 Location: Jiang Su & Guang Dong
Minimum Qualification and Experience: i. NACE CIP Level 2 or equivalent. ii. Minimum 3 years' experience of inspection of blasting, intumescent and painting operations. iii. Be fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Inspection Duties: 1. Check all welding equipment for condition and earthing etc. and calibration certificates where appropriate. 2. Check control of welding consumables. 3. Material and consumable certificates. 4. Check general safety including ventilation and shielding from flash or sparks, etc. 5. Check welder's qualification and experience. 6. Witness weld procedure and welder qualification trials. 7. Carry out pre-welding checks, preparations, dimensions etc. 8. Check welding operations are in accordance with approved procedures, etc. 9. Ensure each weld is adequately identified. 10. Visual inspection of welds. 11. Witness NDT testing and check reports. 12. Witness blasting and painting operations. 13. Inspect painting procedure and environmental requirements and paint finishes, etc. 14. Inspect factory applied intumescent coatings and the architectural finishing thereof. 15. Provide supporting information for Authority's Representatives to sign off NQAA forms. 16. Assist in all QA/QC audits as required.
