Main Responsibility岗位职责：
1. Participate the new product development to define and review the quality requirement to ensure all customer requirement is respected
参与新产品开发，确定和评审质量要求，确保所有客户要求得到满足。 .
2. Work with project team to follow up APQP issues and prepare all PPAP to submit to customer when necessary
与项目团队合作，跟进APQP问题，准备所有PPAP，必要时提交给客户。 .
3. Handle internal process quality abnormity and conduct failure analysis and daily review the quality performance of each product center
处理内部过程质量异常，进行故障分析，并对各产品中心的质量表现进行日常评审 .
4. Improve the process quality procedure, working instructions and SIP etc
改进工艺质量程序、作业指导书和SIP等。 .
5. Check the quality control plan to ensure the compliance to both internal procedure and related working instructions
检查质量控制计划，确保符合内部程序和相关工作指令。 .
6. Follow up corrective actions and preventive actions both In-process and customer quality issues
跟踪过程和客户质量问题的纠正措施和预防措施.
7. Handle customer complaint and complete
8D处理客诉并回复8D报告.
8. Complete environment survey for customer requirement and maintain the database
根据客户要求完成环境调查并维护数据库.
9. Regularly process audit and product audit based on quality plan
根据质量计划定期进行过程审核和产品审核 .
10. Weekly quality improvement action report
每周质量改进行动报告.
11. Other task assigned by direct superior
直接上级交办的其他工作.

Requirement岗位要求:
1. College degree and above本科或以上学历
2. 5 years experience in quality field 5年以上品质工程师工作经验
3. Able to handle customer complaints independently and write 8D reports independently 能独立处理客诉，能独立编写8D报告
4. Familiar with IATF16949 system standard, familiar with APQP\PPQP\SPC\MSA\FMEA five tools, familiar with QC seven techniques and 5WHY analysis 熟悉IATF16949体系标准，熟悉APQP\PPQP\SPC\MSA\FMEA五大工具，熟悉QC七大手法、5WHY分析
5. Experience in VDA6.3 and SIX Sigma training is preferred 有VDA6.3、SIX Sigma 有VDA6.3和6西格玛培训经验优先考虑
6. Familiar with process and procucts quality requirements of Inductive Components 熟悉磁性元器件工艺流程和产品品质要求
7.Good written and oral English英语口语、书面精通
