Responsibilities 职责：
?Take active roles in providing technical support and feasibility studies for new product launch 在提供技术支持和新产品推出的可行性研究中充当积极的角色;
?Monitor the day-to-day operations of the plant 监控车间的日常运作;
?Review and improve operational management for all levels in the plant to achieve effectiveness and efficiency 评估和提高工厂运营管理水平，实现效率和有效性;
?Ensure a smooth plant operation that complies with internal policies and customer requirements 确保工厂运营的平稳,符合公司内部政策和客户需求;
?Trouble shooting, problem solving, process improvement, automation, product testing, etc. 问题和困难的解决、流程改善、自动化、产品测试等;
?Provide support to other departments in customers audit and enquiry 关于客户审计和咨询方面，为其他部门提供支持;
?Handle ad hoc assignments as require 处理其他特别事项.
Requirements 要求：
?University graduate in Production Management / Mechanical Engineering or Industrial engineering or related discipline 大学毕业，生产管理/机械工程或工业工程相关专业;
?A minimum of 10 years working experience of which at least 5 years in managing a sizeable PRC factory; experience in household electrical appliance is an advantage 至少10年的工作经验,其中5年以上同等规模工厂工作经验，家用电器行业优先;
?Excellent communication skills with fluency in written English, Cantonese and Mandarin 优秀的沟通技巧，英语书写、广东话和普通话流利;
?Strong problem solving, influencing skills, communication and people management skills 强大的问题解决,沟通技能,和人员管理能力;
?Preferred to have knowledge and experience in LEAN manufacturing 有精益生产的知识和经验优先。
