The person will direct the full management of the site including: Projects status review and progress monitor Action plan implement and follow-up Identification of potential issue that may impact new products development Project planning review and progressing update Products development issue and barrier discussion, and resolutions Project team review meeting, status update, and new action plans Product development resource review Projects status update and review with regional or global PAC New tooling development and samples prepared for sales and marketing team promotion Project budget allocation and expense spending control Product cost reduction plan and implementation Project risk management (mitigation solution and contingency plan)
招聘要求: Bachelor is minimum, graduate school or above is preferred. With mechanical engineering major. At least 6 years of product design, process development, or assembly tooling experiences, in connector field is preferred. With at least 4 years project management experience in the electronic connectors or relevant field.
Be familiar with electronic connector development process. Good communication skills and managerial methodology. Good commands at English in speaking and writing. Good team work and leadership talent or skill.
