English Resume is required. Essential Functions: 1.Drive supplier performance that meet or exceed DPPM quality goals established by the business including targets created for each supplier. Leverage corrective action process (8D), supplier audits, ensure supplier compliance and drive supplier improvement plans. Manage supplier relationships and performance for assigned suppliers through continued communication and site visits to ensure the highest of quality manufacturing processes. 2.Responsible for new product and design change part approval through First Article Review, parts measurement, verification, and validation of test results. 3.Conduct on-site product quality inspection based on requirements and the company practices Inspection includes but not limited to visual inspection, functional test and packaging check etc… 4.Facilitate and/or lead quality problem solving activities utilizing all available and relevant quality tools. 5.Perform on-site supplier audits to ensure potential and current suppliers meet or exceed Leviton’s performance expectations. Qualifications: 1.College degree or above in Business, Material Science, Electronics or Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering required. 2.Minimum of 2 years’ Engineer experience in a manufacturing environment. 3.Ability to write and read English, Effective oral English. 4.Understanding of the First Article process. Prefer PPAP experience. 5.Ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
