Job Responsibilities: 1)Lead a cross-functional team to solve impediments whether in design, material, or process to successfully reach mass production within the required schedule. Support transfer activity
2)Make project timeline, based on customer as well as internal 4M requirements, that provide a clear and concise picture on the relevant tasks, their timing, dependencies and output, against which all project activities can be managed
3)Obtain all necessary technical information from customer and/or group’s design office as appropriate and clarify details on model’s design and requirements up front
4)Track all actions items, whether internal team activities or customer prerequisites, as they arise over the course of the project and manage their prompt and proper completion against the overall project plan
Requirement 1)Minimum 10 years technical work experience with 3 or more years working in Program Management capacity
2)Must be familiar with electronic manufacturing operation
3)Must have degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
4)Must be technical expert in their area
5)Must have significant prior experience launching New Product Introductions
6)Must have good organization ability
7)Must be expert in Gantt charts and other Program Management Tools: Microsoft Project, BaseCamp, or Jira
8)Must adhere to ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO13485/AS9100 standards
