Job Description: Responsible for overall project progress from start to finish, managing and reporting on project cost, timeline, development liaision, retail packaging development, manage information flow for both internal team and external clients. A PM’s purpose is to contribute to maximizing company profit, increasing sales volume and improving Sigma's marketability by executing all tasks with excellence in all areas of engineering, supply base & quality management. Responsibilities: 1. project management & overall timeline management 2. providing clients with timely updates and project status 3. day to day communications, be exceptionally responsive to all clients’ requests and manage expectations 4. direct email & telephone conversation with customers, conference calls 5. development schedule, timeline management, time to market, Gantt chart 6. manage project costs, budgets, price, CBD, cost vetting & negotiations 7. customer relationship building & management 10. problem solving 11. head up customer visits, meetings, and interactions 12. retail packaging development Qualifications: ?10 years or above merchandising experience with medical mask or medical product, consumer electronics, accessories, carry cases, softgoods, plastic ?college graduate / English level 6, able to communicate in English & Chinese, written & verbal ?have good time management skills, good people skills ?detail minded, open minded, confident ?able to work independently, proactive, and a good team player ?able to work under constant pressure ?full dedication to the job of providing best service to the customers
