岗位职责：
1、Improve the design concept of ID using 3D software and break it down into implementable structural components.
运用3D软件完善ID的设计概念，并拆分成可实施的结构零部件。
2、Summarize material information and plan sampling lead time.
汇总物料信息并计划样板交期。
3、Plan and organize the build out of machinery, tools and processes within the prototype lab.
充分利用手办房的机器、工具完成高质量手办及其工艺流程
4、Continuously updating product progress and reports.
持续更新产品进度及报告
5、Provide the project team with the required tech pack (BOM, process flow, mold and machine list, etc.) for quotation.
及时为项目组提供报价所需技术包（BOM, 工艺流程，模具及机器清单等）
6、Define and implement DOE to tackle technical issues on tooling/material/product construction/geometry & aesthetic/process parameter.
定义和实施DOE，用以解决工具/材料/产品结构/几何形状和美学/工艺参数方面的技术问题。
7、Meet customer’s requirements through clear communication and timely responding.
通过清晰的沟通和及时的回应，满足客户的要求。

岗位要求：
1、Minimum of 3 years’ experience with technical, engineering & manufacturing
3年以上的技术、工程和制造方面的经验
2、Experience in injection molding and hot press mold design is preferred.
有注塑模设计或热压成型设计方面经验更佳
3、Understand mechanical processing technology.
懂机械加工工艺
4、Proficient in using UG/Pro E or Solidworks for 3D modeling is required. (UP preferred)
能熟练运用UG/Pro-E或Solidworks进行3D建模（UG优先）
5、Computer skills, keynote, PPT, excel.
计算机技能，keynote, PPT, excel。
6、Good English reading and writing;
良好的英语读、写能力。
7、Good presentation and communication skills;
具良好的协调及沟通技巧。
