PURPOSE岗位目标 :
1.Carry out inspections( component, in line and final) in factories based on factory’s productions schedules. Strengthen quality control for each stage of the production process, find out potential risk in time and report to the manager to deal with it as soon as possible.根据工厂的生产计划，在工厂进行检查(零件，生产线和成品)。加强生产过程各阶段的质量控制，及时发现潜在的风险，并向经理汇报，尽快处理。
2.Responsible and accountable for correcting quality distortion or reporting quality issues to the head management.负责纠正质量失误或向主管报告质量问题。
3.Truthfully count and report/monitor the material and production status of the factory.如实清点和报告/监控工厂的物料和生产状况。
4.Timely report factory production progress and abnormal situation.及时报告工厂生产进度及异常情况
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责
Product Quality 产品质量
1.Check Raw Material: color matching of every fabric/components with approved swatches file provided by R&D dept. Early identifying the component failure in case any delay on the productions and the shipping.检查原材料:根据研发部门提供的批准色样文件，对每个面料/配件件进行颜色匹配。为避免生产和发货延误，能尽早发现面料或配件问题。
2.Select sample randomly from production to be tested in Delsey lab从生产中随机抽取样品到公司实验室进行检测。
3.Daily Inspection: check on the interim production quality. Every new production has to be carefully reviewed with FSQ samples. Follow up production closely and to make sure that every improvement is in place during production. 日常检查:对中间生产质量进行检查。每一个新产品都必须用FSQ样品仔细检查。密切跟踪生产，确保生产过程中的每一个改进都到位。
4.AQL final inspection: inspect the order before shipment according and to issue report immediately after inspection. No cargo should be shipped if the overall quality is not acceptable. AQL终检:发货前对订单进行检验，检验结束后立即出具报告。如果整体质量不能接受，就不应装运货物。
5.Inspectors should constantly follow up the shipping schedule to try to detect any problem which could change the shipping schedule and report to company first hand. Will communicate with Logistic Dpt.检验人员应不断跟踪船期，如发现任何可能改变船期的问题则直接向公司报告并与物流部门沟通。
6.Keep inter-dept communication channel clear and efficient to ensure there is no information missed or misunderstood.保持部门间沟通渠道的清晰和有效，以确保没有信息遗漏或误解。
7.Daily report to QC Supervisor, QC Manager and Global Sourcing Director每天向QC主管，QC经理和全球采购总监汇报；
Eyes and Ears 公司耳目代表
1.Be the eyes and ears of the company at the manufacturer level and report all dysfunction, development of competitive products… 在供应商工厂担当公司的耳目，报告所有的品质问题，竞争产品的发展……
2.Truthfully report the material and production status of the factory to the superior.如实向上级汇报工厂的物料和生产情况。
3.Timely feed back the factory's production schedule to avoid affecting the delivery date.及时反馈工厂的生产进度，避免影响交货期。
