Key Responsibilities 1. Manage the project team and drive the new projects fulfill schedule, quality and cost requirement. 2. Cooperate with project leader and provide the support. 3. Communicate with sales marketing, Operation team and OEM suppliers and manage them to achieve the new project development goal. 4. Coordinate the project team members to overcome any difficulties in project development, internal communication, and external communication. 5. Oversee the testing requirements, reverse engineering, and safety requirement. 6. Coach team members and develop their knowledge and working skills. 7. Comply with all Milwaukee procedures covering new product development and design output in addition to procedures of non-engineering departments related to project flow. 8. Maintains an awareness of competitive offerings and the general business climate in the hand tools industry. 9. Identify project risks and implement risk reduction plans. _____________________________________________________________________ Person Specifications 1. Degree in specific engineering area or project management or engineering business management 2. At least 8 years’ experience in power tool, Hand Tools, Safety Products, or similar industry for project management 3. Good level written and spoken English, can communicate with our oversea offices independently 4. Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills 5. Able to work effectively 6. Specific engineering background in electrical or mechanical will be first consider.
