工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.参与新项目报价 Participate the quotation for new project initiate.
2.识别新项目客户质量要求，开发过程质量管控计划。Identify the customer quality requirement for new project and develop control plan accordingly.
3.过程验证活动的所有者，包括建立验证协议、执行和完成验证报告
Owner of process validation activities including establishing validation protocols, execution and completing validation reports
4. 作为团队领导者调查，回应客户的投诉，确保质量问题通过8-D的纠正措施请求流程得到解决，结构化的质量工具以确保有效和有效的根本原因分析，纠正和预防措施以确保不会再发生
Act as Team leader to investigate, respond to customer complaints, ensure Quality issues are solved via an 8-D based corrective action request process, structured quality tools in order to ensure efficient and effective root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions to ensure there is no recurrence
5. 审核和批准工程变更
Review and approve Engineering changes
6. 样品制作不合格品的处理和分析改善
Non-conforming/failure analysis during sample making and problem solving
7. 参与并支持试产流程，监控试产指标达成
Support the trial run process and monitor the key index is achieved.
职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
1. 本科学历，3年以上质量工程经验，机械、电子、工业专业优先
Bachelor degree, more than 3 years of quality engineering experience, mechanical, electronic, industrial professional is preferred
2. 熟悉ISO13485/IATF16949质量管理体系优先，熟悉PPAP/APQP要求优先
Familiar with the operation of ISO13485/IATF16949 quality management system, familiar with PPAP/APQP requirements is preferred.
3. 有电缆装配制造行业工作经验者优先
Experience working of cable Assembly manufacturing industry is preferred.
4. 能够与多功能团队合作，为质量性能定义需求和合适的度量标准
Ability to work with a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for quality performance
5. 有使用统计和质量工具的经验优先，包括根本原因分析，8D, FMEA，实验设计，工艺能力，GR&R
Experienced in use of statistics and quality tools is preferred including root cause analysis, 8D, FMEA, Design of experiment, process capability, GR&R
6. 英语读写能作为工作语言
English reading and writing as working language
