1. 负责生产过程的直通率改善和DPPM的降低，参与安全，品质，交期和成本相关目标改善的活动。
Responsible for the continuous improvement of FPY and DPPM reduction of production, as well participate in the activities related to the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost.
2. 负责产线异常处理，当生产发生暂停或者停拉的时候，全力支持，快速发应，及时给出解决方案，当问题风险增加时能立即主动升级处理。
Responsible for overall process troubleshooting and process continuous improvement, ensure all of process can run smoothly; quick response and escalation as needed
3. 参与并主导生产线精益持续改善，提高生产效率，包括治具的设计，设备的改进，Layout的优化，新工艺的引进, 等等
Participate in and leading continuous improvement to increase the production efficiency including fixture development，equipment improvement, layout optimization, new process introduction etc.
4. 维护和改进现有的作业指导书，流程图和PFMEA
Maintain and improve existing process flow chart, work instructions (SOP) and PFMEA
5. 参与新项目转到量产可行性的评估，及时的反馈和发现新项目中的问题，并在转移前解决
Participate in the evaluation of new project hand over to mass production, identify and solve the issues before new project move to mess production
6. 协助QE处理产品客诉问题，分析原因并提出改善措施
Deal with customer complain issue with QE, dig out root cause and provide corrective actions
7. 参加与制程相关的跨部门层级会议
Participate in all cross functional tier meetings
8. 支持参与和制程相关的Kaizen活动，或者其它所有关于问题解决和持续改善的活动。
Support all relevant kaizen or activities for problem solving and process improvement.
9. 识别并主动报告生产安全风险，及时与生产组长或者主管沟通潜在风险。
Recognize and report all production safety risk or potential safety risk.



职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
1. 大专以上学历，理工科专业
College degree or above， majored in Science and Engineering
2. 4年或以上PE或PIE岗位经验
4+ Years of working experience
3. 熟悉下面工艺之一者优先考虑：焊接工艺(激光焊/点焊/热压焊), 打胶工艺（UV胶/AB胶/热熔胶），端子压接工艺者优先.
Familiar with one of below manufacturing processes are preferred: soldering process (manual soldering/laser/welding/hot-bar), potting process (UV /AB/Hot-melt adhesive), coating process (wire coating), stamping process (terminal stamping), and crimping process.
4. 熟悉鱼骨图/5why质量工具者优先
Familiar with quality tools like Fishbone/5why is preferred
5. 读写良好
Good at writing and reading English，
