Job Description: 1. Prospect new customers in Japan. 2. Responsible for the sales revenue of the assigned territory, to meet and exceed annual sales target set by the company. 3. Prepares quotations and carries-out commercial negotiation with both clients and suppliers. 4. Leads customer communication and problem solving in coordination with other departments 5. Conducts customer satisfaction survey and assists in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction. 6. Reach sales targets 7. Frequently visit Japanese customers, organize, and attend international tradeshow.
Requirement: – Japanese & English language, Japanese speaking and written fluently is a must -Graduated Bachelor/master’s degree in business/Administration, Engineering or equivalent. --Minimum 1-2 years electronics sales experience (PCB sales experience is a plus) -- Good organizational skills and attention to details. -- Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines. - Well-organized, flexible, and willing to travel -Strong analytical mind, negotiation skills, and results oriented.
