Responsibility:
1. Report to Manager of Vendor Management。
汇报工作给供货商管理部门经理。
2. Track production and foresee any potential order issues at vendors。
跟踪供货商生产进展及出货时效。
3. Review production and material status and question vendors on any order issues.
确保供货商按进度生产订单，物料，人手安排到位
4. Conduct onsite verification and investigation to unveil the true reason behind
需经常到工厂核查订单生产状况
5. Red flag any potential order slippage to VM Manager and Planner
及时向上级汇报订单状况及问题
6. Resolve order issues on site
现场解决订单问题
7. Follow thru reporting.
制定报告定期跟进
Requirements:
1. College or above.
大专或以上学历。
2. 3-5 years’ experience with manufacturing for Toys industry is preferred.
有3-5年玩具行业经验者优先。
3. Has experience in QC or PMC is plus.
有QC或PMC工作经验优先考虑。
4. Be able to work independently with factories.
能够独立工作，善于和工厂沟通。
5. Good skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
熟练Microsoft Excel、Word、Outlook
6. Good communication skills. Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
良好的沟通技巧，能英语读写说。
7. Frequent travel is required.
