工作职责: 1, Daily management and maintenance of the attendance system, timely contact suppliers or IT technicians to solve problems happened to ensure the normal operation and work of the system. 考勤系统的日常管理和维护,有问题及时联系供应商或IT技术员解决,保证系统的正常运行和工作。 2. Input, update and maintain system personnel files (Including but not limited to employee basic information, entry department and position, emergency contact information, salary, contract, leave, entry, resignation, transfer, promotion, demotion and other procedures etc.). 系统人事档案录入、更新和维护。(包括但不限于员工基础资料、入职部门和岗位、紧急联系人信息、工资、合同、休假、入职、离职、转岗、升迁、降级等手续的处理等等)。 3, Daily monitoring and maintenance of attendance records, monthly salary calculation and employee turnover salary calculation, preparation, signing and management of related reports. 每天监察和维护考勤记录,每月工资计算和员工离职薪酬计算,相关报表的制作签署、管理。 4, New or old employees’ company ID card production, issuance, replacement and IC card permission entry, management. 新、老员工的厂牌制作、发放、更换和IC卡权限录入、管理。 5, Dormitory arrangement and dining hall meal. 宿舍安排和饭堂报餐。 6. Labor contract renewal. 劳动合同续签。 7. Establishment, revision, update and maintenance of administrative systems. 行政相关制度的建立、修订、更新和维护。 8, Establish, revise and update maintenance all documents within the scope of responsibility. Provide correct information timely while the time receiving the factory inspection from customer, third party, or government sectors. 职责范围内所有文件的档案建立、修订和更新维护,在客户或第三方验厂或政府相关单位要资料时能及时正确提供。。 9. Handling employee relations. Organize and plan knowledge, skills and other training activities to promote enterprise and human development and follow up the completion. 员工关系处理。组织和策划促进企业和人力发展的知识、技能等培训活动并跟进完成。 10. New employee orientation training。 新员工入职培训 11. Other relevant work of human resources or administrative. 其它人力资源和行政相关工作。
岗位要求: 1. Good healthy, college degree or above. Fluency in English is better. 身体健康,大专以上学历。英语流利更好 2. Proficient in Office. At least 3 years working experience in attendance and wage calculation. 熟练使用Office软件。3年以上考勤及工资计算工作经验。 3. Relevant working experiences in factory Auditing. 有工厂审核相关工作经验。 4. Familiar with the law and regulations of P.R.C. 熟悉中华人民共和国法律法规 5. Familiar with Six modules of human resources is preferred. 熟悉人力资源六大模块优先。
