工作职责：
1.Take charge in new project RFQ and launch smoothly.
2.Finish DFM report and all kinds of documents about PPAP such as PMEA, FC, PI and so on.
3.Design new fixture for new project.
4.Support quality, production team to achieve related KPI.
5.Continue improve the product process for MP projects.
6.Solve relative product process case for production in time.
7.Defect product analysis.

职位要求：
1.Bachelor or above, major in science and engineering related.
2.At least 5 years of ME experience on PABA/FPCA fields.
3.Familiar with PCBA relative process knowledge such as SMT, wave soldering, conformal coating.
4.Familiar with IATF16949 relative knowledge and tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
5.Familiar with IPC610.
6.Familiar with problem resolved skills such as Fish Bone, 5Why.
7.Familiar with all kinds of DFM rules about PCBA process.
