Position purpose 主要职责叙述：
This is the main responsible person for Test development in Dongguan Plant, and responsible for FA lab.
该职位是东莞公司测试开发工作的主要负责人，同时兼管FA实验室。

Responsibilities 工作职责范围：
1. Develop test software for new product testing and internal test improvement
新产品和内部测试改善方面的测试软件开发
2. Evaluate test solution on major projects
评估重大项目测试方案
3. Review and archive improvement and development programs
总结改善项目和开发项目，并归档
4. Manage routine work for FA lab and test development center
管理FA实验室和测试开发中心
5. Improve engineering capability of TE team
提升Team成员测试技术能力

Skills 专门技巧：
1. Be familiar with test related process and testing technical standards on Electronical product, especially on Audio product and RF product.
熟悉各种电子产品测试相关流程及测试技术标准, Audio产品和RF产品优先。
2. Be familiar testing tools, testing platform and testing environment configuration. Skilled use testing instruments, such as CMW500, Audio Precision
熟悉测试工具、操作平台和环境配置，熟练使用各种相关测试仪器，熟悉 ICT、CMW500、AP。
3. Have the experience of develop test software project independently. Master at least one software development platform. Labview platform is preferred.
有独立开发测试软件的项目经验，并能熟练运用一种软件开发平台，Labview优先考虑，同时熟悉VC、python等平台可以作为个人加分项。
4. Have the concept of test fixture design and test qualification, can do testing evaluation in RFQ stage
具备测试工装夹具设计概念，熟悉测试夹具验收标准，有RFQ评估经验。
5. Have the basic electronic circuit analysis skills
具备电子线路分析基础。

Educational background and work experience 教育背景及工作经验：
1. College degree or above, major in telecommunications, electronics, computer, etc.
大专及以上学历，通信、电子、计算机等相关专业
2. 5 years or more of EMS testing relevant work experience, 3 years or above experience of direct communication with customers
5年以上EMS行业测試工程相关工作经验，3年以上客户直接沟通的经验
3. Good sense of responsibility and team spirit
良好的责任心和团队合作精神
