岗位职责：
1. To provide tooling support to our TTI CAD Teams to ensure capability of product designs.
2. To co-ordinate our tool vendors in terms of on time delivery and quality of work
3. For new tooling – review vendor recommendations as given by our Sourcing Team to ensure that the vendor has both the capacity and capability to perform their tasks.
4. To lead the new tool DFM review and mold design detail review (robust tools, cooling, injection, ejection, Type of steel to be used and the steel conditions, movements etc)
5. To review the tooling designer recommendation of tool size, cavity quantity, cycle time estimates
6. To advise recommend action on tool repair requests, follow up the delivery times for tool modifications and repairs.
7. Follow up tooling process, to provide the tooling tracker to team for reference
8. To make sure TTI receive all the drawings on share folder for history reference as is requested
能力要求：
1. Relevant university bachelor degree.
2. 7-10 years of working experience in Tool Design/ Machining /Injection tooling and moulding field
3. Tool design / development with hands on experience in tool design and selection of steel/hot runner/gating systems etc..
4. Injection moulding process in-depth knowledge in machine selection, process development, trouble shooting, hot runner selection and product requirement.
5. Knowledge and experience to interpret 3D CAD files and 2D drawing
6. Candidates history should cover complex mold design, and molding machine process development. Proven ability to make changes to part design for moldability /manufacturability. Demonstrated leadership as a molding lead within a cross functional group with direct responsibility for positive project results.
7. Problem solving with analytical skills able to question and challenge when needed
8. English writing and reading is essential, fluent English speaking is an advantage
9. Team player and good at communicating with all levels
10. Experience developing new products from concept to launch phase, including pilot capabilities to full production scale-up
11. Able to work in high pressure situations to manage multiple priorities and expectations
