Key areas of accountability:
? Material delivery planning make and daily management for production fulfilment.
? Management of suppliers, provide guidance to suppliers with more abnormalities, report and escalation to high level management.
? Monthly report on PPV, OTD and inventory level data collection and analysis.
? Working with external departments towards goals.
? Other temporary jobs arranged by procurement manager or high level management
Qualification:
? Academic/Professional Qualification: Engineering or economics Background
? Expertise/Skills: 3-5 years’ experience in procurement, 2+ years’ in using ERP as MM role;
? Language skills: Chinese and English
? Personal Attributes:
? Affinity with information systems
? Process driven (especially procurement and SCM processes)
? Interpersonal relations (convince people of change)
? Able to work under pressure
? Highly motivated and a drive for improvement
